My Story
While my career has been shaped by more than 25 years in engineering and IT leadership, the roles that define me most aren't found on a resume. I'm a husband, a father, a leader, and someone who genuinely believes that people are capable of far more than they often realize themselves.
Throughout my career, I've learned that technology is rarely the hardest challenge; people are. The most meaningful transformations I've witnessed haven't come from new tools or processes, but from individuals gaining the confidence, clarity, and perspective to approach challenges differently.
Whether mentoring a new engineer, helping an experienced leader navigate change, or supporting someone through uncertainty, I've found that growth begins with meaningful conversations built on trust and understanding.
Those experiences reinforced a belief that lasting growth rarely comes from being told what to do. It comes from having someone who listens without judgment, asks thoughtful questions, challenges assumptions, and creates space for meaningful reflection.
That belief is what led me to coaching.
